In this workshop with Fiona, we’ll begin with self-massage using therapy balls to release tight spots and rehydrate your fascia.
From there, we’ll move through gentle, mindful movements to awaken mobility and ease in the body.
We’ll finish with nourishing Yin Yoga postures, allowing you to melt into stillness, restore balance, and leave feeling spacious, calm, and renewed.
Perfect for anyone wanting to soften stress, release tension, and support resilience in both body and mind.
No previous Yoga or Myofascial release experience necessary.
Each session will explore different tight spots in the body. Join one or come along to all three session.
