Through long-held, floor-based postures and moments of stillness, we’ll embody the essence of Water: softness, introspection, and fluidity. You’ll also learn simple TCM insights to support balance during the cooler months—both on and off the mat.
 

Pregnancy Yoga

26th Jul - 6th Sep Saturdays 3 - 4pm
This beautiful practice is tailored specifically to the growing prenatal form and the changes that the body undergoes during this time. It's also a space for yourself and to connect with like-minded mums.
