Pregnancy is a special time just for you, to create space and prepare in a mindful way for your baby’s arrival. It is a time where you can observe, be in the moment and connect to your growing baby.
Join Fiona in this beautiful practice that is tailored specifically to the growing prenatal form and the changes that the body undergoes during this time. It’s also a space for yourself and to connect with like-minded mums.
In this pregnancy yoga course, each week we’ll have a different focus.
