In TCM, Water is the element of winter—connected to the kidneys and bladder, our vital energy stores, and our capacity for deep rest and inner strength. This workshop offers a quiet, grounding space to explore these themes and reconnect with your source of vitality.
Through long-held, floor-based postures and moments of stillness, we’ll embody the essence of Water: softness, introspection, and fluidity. You’ll also learn simple TCM insights to support balance during the cooler months—both on and off the mat.
